Cant download full recipes for free (appsgonefree)

I downloaded this app recommended by AppsGoneFree (AppAdvice), who said that the full version upgrade was free. Well, I tried it and its not. Whoops.

Maybe its the difference between the US and Canadian App Stores? Not sure.

Hope this can get worked out. Im sure the recipes would be good. The app looks decent enough.
